Updates
Offline updates are available for 6 months from your template purchase date. Check the Update Changelog below for new versions.
If an update is available and you want it, send me a message on Etsy with:
- Your purchase invoice.
- Your blog URL.
Important: To ensure a prompt and accurate response, please provide both your purchase invoice and blog URL. These help me verify genuine customers and offer proper support. Without both, I won’t be able to proceed with a reply.
I (the developer) will email the updated files to you from cliupinternational@gmail.com. Please confirm the email comes from this address to avoid scams.
If you have any issues with the update, message me on Etsy, or visit the support page.
The Right Way to Update Your Theme
- Back up your current theme and widget data separately. This step is very important to prevent losing your custom settings or content.
- After backing up, install the theme as you would install a new one. Make sure to use the updated version of your theme template.
⚠️ Important: Do not copy and paste the code into the HTML editor directly. This can delete your widgets and custom settings. - After installation, go to the Layout section. Open each widget one by one and restore your data using the backup.
- If you're not sure how to update, you can wait or message me on Etsy and I’ll help you.
Note: I strongly recommend backing up your current theme and data before proceeding with the update. If you're unsure how to update safely, please refer to the documentation or consider skipping the update for now. As the developer, I cannot be held responsible for any issues caused by incorrect updates, but I'm here to help if you need support.
